Please ensure your boxes are securely packed with sufficient packing tape on both the bottom and top so that they can be transported and stored safely. Failure to do so may result in contents falling out in transport and any breakages will not be covered by MBE.

Any fragile contents should be packaged in bubble wrap or newspaper (or similar) to ensure that they are not broken in transport. Boxes must close properly, and be flat on both the top and bottom as they will be stacked in storage.

Boxes over 20KG will incur a surcharge - it is wise to distribute your heavy items (books, kitchenware etc.) amongst lighter items rather than all heavy items in one box and all of your bedding in another for example. Any items deemed unsafe/too heavy to pick up will incur a significant penalty charge - try to keep the weight down!

Our driver will collect your items from the front of your building, so please make sure the boxes are downstairs at the collection time. Please also ensure that you are contactable on the telephone number you provided.

The collection is offered as a 1 hour window. So if it is booked for 1pm, the collection will be between 1pm and 2pm.

Please allow at least 3 days notice via email with the re-delivery address before you return. We cannot guarantee that your items will be available with less notice than this period.
